 Vicente Varela was a 4x NMHS State Champion. Posted a 56-0 record with 52 pins his senior year. Both of which have not been broken by anyone since. He was named New Mexico High School Athlete of the Year in 2007. 2007 USA Dream Team member selected for top wrestler in the nation. Selected as the 18th ranked recruit overall in all weight classes in the nation in 2007 and ranked number 1/2 among the All-class National rankings. 2006 National High School champion. Placed third at the 2007 High School Senior Nationals earning All-American honors. Became a division one NCAA Qualifier and Academic All-American. Competed at both Arizona State University and Hofstra University where he was ranked in the top 20 at 141lbs. He also was inducted into the RRHS Sports Hall of Fame. Vicente is married and has two children. His son, Jude is also a Juggernaut and is quickly taking after his dad with his first year taking the State title for 6u 51lbs. Vicente recently left APD after nine years with the department. He gave up his position with the goal to be more available to this team and coach daily. He now serves as a lead investigator for the DA 

 Louis Trujillo was a 4x NMHS State Champion, 5x placer, Champion in Reno tournament of Champions, NM Cadet Freestyle National Champion in 2008, NHSCA NM 3x National Champion, 4x All-American. Jr Pan American Games in Nicaragua placing 3rd. This event featured athletes from North, South, and Central American nations. Only 24 US athletes participated in this tournament. Louis, being one of the 24 was chosen. In 2010, he was ranked #3 in the Nation at 130lbs. 2010, top 15 recruit in the Nation. He wrestled all over the US becoming a well-known name in wrestling. Recruited to Arizona State University, moving to NYC to attend Hofstra University, and then competing with Adam's State University in Alamosa, Colorado. He has since been inducted into the Hall of Fame at RRHS. Louis is married and has two children who both wrestle with Juggernaut; Eli and Ayva. He is an accomplished independent electrician.
